AI課金が止まらないので、あまり使っていない画像生成AIをどうしようか検討中です。
自分がたまに使っているサービスの商用利用について整理しておきます。
サービス提供側が商用利用可能としていても、著作権上のリスクは残る部分もありますので、そこをどうするかは、各自の判断です。
規約等についても最新のものを確認するようにしてください。

生成ＡＩと著作権問題
生成ＡＩと著作権問題については複数の論点があります。現在地を整理しておきます。ただ、実際に紛争になるかどうかは、類似性の判断や、依拠性の立証の問題によるものと予想しています。
